INDUSTRY LEADING ADVANCED TRAINING WITH LIFE CHANGING POTENTIAL

We have teamed up with the most respected educators in the business to offer career guidance and non product specific advanced training. Our program is geared toward developing talent and launching careers in the fashion and entertainment industries. Our career development lecture and supplemental advanced education is offered at select schools and convention venues throughout the United States.  Approximately one percent of the students that we meet are invited to enroll in our invitational boot camp which places the most promising young artists we find in an intense real working environment for a full week in Los Angeles.

RYDER make-up labs, along with our school partners have helped countless young artists start amazing careers. Our Boot Camp alumni are given the tools and credentials they need to take their career to another level instantly. Julia Papworth from Toni & Guy Academy in Phoenix is now a department head for “Legit” on FX and “Drunk History” on Comedy Central. Heather Schnell from Paul Mitchell the School in Orlando is a New York agency represented make-up artist with a long list on celebrity clients. Katy Albright from AVEDA Institute in Charlotte was the 2013 NAHA Make-up Artist of the Year. Katy went on to be one of the five finalist for the 2014 NAHA Make-up Artist of the Year Award and is now a New York agency represented make-up artist. Our mission is to open doors and support artists through every stage of their career.
